The hat was delivered early in a great box that in now way could result in a damaged hat. lots of extra sweat bands and size bands. love that I could return it if needed to get the right size. After just a short time wearing it, the fit become more and more comfortable as the har began to break in. would definitely buy another hat from these guys.
